For the 2013 season Ballymena Raceway intends to continue the booking in system.

All drivers, with the exception of National Hot Rod drivers, are requested to book in prior to meetings through the online booking system on the official website.

A booking sheet will also be available in the scrutineering block at all Raceway meetings which drivers can use to book in for future meetings.

National Hot Rod drivers will continue to book in for their fixtures via the NHRPA as normal. The only time National Hot Rod drivers will have to book in via Raceway will be when they want to race in the Open Hot Rod Formula.

Drivers are advised to book in as early as possible for meetings, with a minimum of 48 hours notice preferred. It is intended that this system will provide the promotion with a better indication of car turnouts for each fixture. Drivers who continually book in but do not attend fixtures may be refused future bookings by the promotion.
